Shipping
1. A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received. We will begin to process your order as soon as possible.
2. Please note that unless otherwise specified, all of our products are made-to-order and would require 30 business days for production. Should you need to receive your order sooner, please contact us with your order number. Additional fee for rush orders might apply.
3. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out.

*All of our orders are shipped via SF, DHL, UPS, EMS, and other carriers, depending on your location.
Note:
1) The delivery time does not include the production time required (1.which is usually 30 working days)
2) If you have requested an item to be customized, please allow 10-15 more working days within the production time.
3) We cannot deliver to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO).
4) Before placing your order, please confirm the shipping address, as later changes may result in additional charges.
5) Once an order is dispatched, Princess Project is not liable for the outcome of shipping and delivery, including timing or successful delivery of parcels. Customers are therefore responsible for customs and other relevant fees associated with international shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to liaise with local post and other service-providers in order to receive their order.
Stock Level & Pre Order Items
If your order contains both items in stock & items by pre-order, your order will not be shipped until the pre-order items are in stock. Should you wish to arrange split shipping, please contact us. Additional shipping fee might apply.
International Custom Fees
International customers may be required to pay custom charges. All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
Customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the customs fees.
Princess Project is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
