For the first time in forever: Two-ways shoulder design, that can sit on the shoulder or off. A stretchy sweetheart neckline dark green velvet bodice, carefully embellished by golden corded lace. 

Cinching the waist is a golden sequin V-cut, with a full, voluminous 360-degree skirt in two-toned yellow and green panels, hemmed with matching golden corded lace to the bodice.
